• Lead cloud solution strategy and technical discovery across public, private and hybrid environments • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to design differentiated solutions • Conduct technical discovery workshops across AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid workloads • Design cloud-connected architectures including SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, interconnect and edge solutions • Produce high-quality solution designs, migration strategies and technical documentation • Partner with senior customer architects and engineering teams to shape scalable, secure solutions • Drive competitive positioning, clearly articulating GTT’s value and differentiation • Provide market insights to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction • Ensure architecture governance, accuracy and alignment with GTT’s cloud and network portfolio

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level. • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative and future-proof technical solutions. • Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline. • Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Select and integrate cutting-edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions. • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution effectiveness. • Lead presentations and discussions, effectively defending your proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designed solutions. • Identify opportunities for optimization within existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency. • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, actively evaluating and integrating them into your solution strategy. • Mentor junior Solution Architects and share your expertise by contributing to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

• You'll lead complex, 0-to-1 engagements: taking ambiguous goals from mid-market leadership teams and turning them into working data systems and measurable business outcomes. • You'll move between executive stakeholders and engineering teams, own the client relationship end-to-end, and help build the internal playbooks that make Paradox scalable. • You'll be the primary partner to clients — leading discovery, aligning stakeholders, defining scope, and staying accountable through launch and adoption. • You'll take whiteboard conversations with clients and turn them into clear specs for engineers — ETL pipelines, semantic models, metric definitions, evaluation criteria. • You'll stay close through prioritization, testing, and rollout. • As a founding team member, you'll help identify what's working across engagements and turn it into repeatable assets — delivery templates, data models, internal tools. You'll contribute to proposals, shape solution approaches for prospective clients, and help Paradox get better at what it does with every project.

• Monitor device health continuously; when a device goes offline, create a ticket, notify the client with clear next steps, and partner with the hardware team through resolution. • Perform root cause analysis on software and hardware issues, and implement corrective and preventive solutions. • Troubleshoot low-voltage systems, network connections, and configurations to ensure they meet performance standards within RAD's software platform. • Provide on-site and remote support for hardware deployment and system troubleshooting. • Oversee integration and testing of RAD's software with proprietary robotics hardware, and manage software updates with minimal disruption to end-users. • Ensure every client participates in training sessions and device setup calls; record sessions when possible, and distribute guides and reference materials. • Deliver hands-on demonstrations and training tailored to each client's needs. • Regularly spot-check devices, detections, alarm queues, and login activity to confirm healthy detection rates, minimal false positives, and timely alarm acknowledgment. • Conduct quarterly check-ins and recommend refresher training or workflow updates as needed. • Respond to client communication as quickly as possible; even without an immediate resolution, acknowledge requests and clearly communicate next steps. • Deliver clear, concise communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency. • Ensure detections align with client goals and real-world use cases. • Share analytics and reporting consistently, highlighting incidents prevented and security improvements. • Gather client feedback, escalate software requests to the development team, and recommend analytics or workflow enhancements accordingly.
