Job Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in operations, product operations, or compliance roles within a technology-first or high-growth company
- Demonstrated experience working at the intersection of technology and operations
- Track record of developing functional areas for scale
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience working with large, complex, or imperfect data sets
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated people management experience, including developing high-performing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
