Cohesity
• Own and execute a territory plan that drives net‑new logo acquisition and expansion within named enterprise and government accounts • Build, manage, and advance a high‑value, strategic pipeline • Navigate complex enterprise organizations by mapping stakeholders and engaging at the C‑suite and board level • Lead customers through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment • Develop and deliver compelling proposals that tie Cohesity’s platform to customer risk, resilience, and strategic objectives • Collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances to accelerate deal velocity • Maintain accurate forecasts and deliver consistent quarterly and annual results • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership to sharpen Cohesity’s go‑to‑market strategy
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience selling into and partnering with Information Security / Cybersecurity teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards
- Customer‑obsessed mindset and passion for cybersecurity
- Proven enterprise sales experience, ideally spanning infrastructure and SaaS
- Demonstrated success landing net‑new logos and expanding large enterprise accounts
- Strong knowledge of data security architectures and ransomware resilience
- Familiarity with Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of NetBackup, Backup Exec, and InfoScale
- Strong channel DNA, with the ability to co‑sell while maintaining deal ownership
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive presentations and business case development
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Must have English language proficiency
