Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.
- Experience with both Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and post-production support.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Core HR and Oracle Talent Management.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively partner with technical teams.
- Experience gathering business and translating them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Experience with Oracle BI Reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher) preferred.
- Experience configuring and designing Oracle HCM workflows preferred.
- Additional Oracle HCM module experience (Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) is highly preferred.

The primary purpose of the role is to support the sales organization in the local territory over achieve its revenue goals by providing presales support for new and existing customers. To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience engaging with and winning deals with Civilian Government Agencies. *Ideally located in the Washington DC Metro area with the ability to travel to DC regularly* Key elements and responsibilities are described below: The role: - As the lead Civilian Federal SC, you will be responsible for all pre-sales activities associated to sales opportunities within the Federal Civilian market.
