• Subject Matter expert for assigned functions. • Prepares reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management. Provides assessment and recommendations to management. • Resolves issues arising from internal department functions, or as brought forth by internal or external customers to assigned department. • Tracks issues to resolution within department and in partnership with other groups. • Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements. • Assists with special projects within assigned department or as part of cross-functional teams as required or assigned. • Monitors department processes and workflow to ensure overall accuracy and quality of data and work output. • Determines areas of risk as new or changed processes are implemented. • Recommends changes, updates and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise. • Evaluates current training methods and materials for assigned group and recommend improvements. • Supports cross-functional study team and RBQM Leads in Protocol Risk Assessment, risk identification, and evaluation into Risk MAP. • Support RBQM Leads in selection and implementation of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Quality Tolerance Limit parameters (QTLs) and other applicable assessments and dashboards, conducting end of trial summarization of risk management activities for inclusion to Clinical study report. • Drafts and oversee RBQM system set up specifications. • Perform the execution and review of the Study’s assessments and analysis, and diagnosing and explaining anomalies identified in the data and risks. • Raise signal and issues in RBQM systems and raise actions as appropriate in RBQM system. • Delivers timely high-quality analytics and supporting RBQM leads in communication to the cross-functional study team to identify resolution. • Collaborate with assigned programmer to implement study-specific KRIs, QTLs, visualizations, and other analytics in the RBQM system. • Perform QC study setup in RBQM system vs RBQM system specifications, if required. • Act as RBQM programmer on set up of KRIs, QTLs, data quality assessments as well as visualizations in the RBQM system, if required. • Perform the maintenance of the Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) system based on RBQM Plan requirements, data sources and structure. • Ensure appropriate status and process documentation are produced and maintained during the study. • Communicate and/or escalate serious risks and issues to the RBQM Lead, study team and/or management and Quality, as needed. • Ensure inspection readiness for clinical risk management and centralized monitoring activities.

• Analyze and Investigate Fraud Trends: Dive deep into application data to proactively identify emerging fraud patterns, uncover system vulnerabilities, and understand the evolving tactics used by criminals. • Develop and Fine Tune Fraud Strategies: Design, build, and implement new, real-time defenses to detect and prevent fraudulent applications. You will constantly test and refine our strategies to stay ahead of fraudsters. • Balance Risk with Customer Experience: Make thoughtful, data-backed decisions that strike the optimal balance between risk prevention and customer experience. • Monitor and Report on Performance: Create and maintain robust dashboards to track the performance of fraud strategies. You’ll be responsible for reporting on key metrics like coverage, pause rates, step-up completion rates, defense performance, and losses. • Optimize and Collaborate: Work closely with our Operations, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to continuously improve fraud detection capabilities and strategies.
