• You support the planning, setup, management and optimization of performance campaigns. • You work across channels with a clear focus on Paid Social and Google Ads. • You don't consider campaigns in isolation but in terms of objectives, target audiences, funnel and impact. • You help set up budgets, audiences, creatives and campaign structures sensibly and continuously improve them. • You analyze performance data and derive concrete learnings and next steps. • You help build reporting and present results clearly and cleanly. • You work closely with strategy, creative and other specialists. • You actively contribute to tests, optimizations and new approaches.

Job Requirements

  • Some practical experience in performance marketing — in an agency, in-house, through internships, working-student roles or personal projects.
  • First-hand experience with Paid Social and Google Ads.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Understanding of tracking, UTM logic and conversion setups.
  • Interest in full-funnel thinking — not just last click but true impact.
  • Strong numeracy and an understanding of performance drivers and optimization logic.
  • Structured, reliable way of working.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop quickly in your role.
  • Very good German and good English.
