Tax Consultant
ROIT
• Conduct consultative tax analyses focused on identifying opportunities to recover tax credits in direct and indirect taxes; • Perform tax and fiscal diagnostics, evaluating clients' documents, transactions and information to map opportunity areas; • Prepare technical studies, opinions and executive reports consolidating findings and credit estimates; • Analyze current tax legislation, case law and regulatory changes, assessing their impacts and opportunities for clients; • Work on projects involving IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, IPI, ISS and other taxes, also considering the impacts of the Tax Reform; • Participate in technical and consultative client meetings to present diagnostics and clarify identified opportunities; • Work collaboratively with other ROIT squads, ensuring smooth project handover to the teams responsible for the operationalization of recoveries; • Contribute to the development of scalable tax methodologies, studies and solutions, supporting the evolution of ROIT's products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Experience in tax consulting, tax review or projects to identify tax recovery opportunities;
- Solid knowledge of direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, IPI and ISS);
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting tax legislation and identifying tax opportunities;
- Postgraduate degree in Tax Law, Tax Accounting or related areas;
- Knowledge of the Tax Reform and its impacts on companies;
- Experience in tax review projects, fiscal diagnostics or tax credit recovery initiatives;
- Experience in consulting environments and client relationship management.

Role Description GOARC is hiring its first Senior Solutions Consultant. You'll be an early member of our growing GTM organization, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape how GOARC discovers, demonstrates, and technically validates enterprise opportunities. You will partner closely with Sales to run discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate complex operational requirements into clear solution recommendations. This role reports directly to the SVP of Revenue Strategy & Execution, who will provide active mentorship across solution consulting and the end-to-end customer journey.
