Enterprise Account Executive
Autodesk
• Strategically grow and expand relationships across high-value enterprise accounts • Lead comprehensive account growth strategies, driving incremental revenue and expanding product adoption • Own strategic executive relationships, account planning, revenue generation, pipeline management, complex deal negotiations • Deliver predictable revenue performance while identifying transformational opportunities • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers • Secure and maintain executive sponsorship for strategic initiatives and expansion opportunities • Lead complex enterprise negotiations and build value-based business cases • Collaborate and orchestrate with extended sales teams and cross-functional partners • Maintain deep knowledge of customer’s industry and translate challenges into tailored solutions • Represent Autodesk as a strategic thought partner in executive-level customer conversations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or consultative business development experience
- Proven success managing complex enterprise accounts and driving significant revenue growth
- Experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large, matrixed customer organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise agreements
- Strong track record of pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment
- Experience leading cross-functional account teams, including Technical Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Partner, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, executive communication, and consultative selling skills
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, platform, digital transformation, or technology solution sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with Autodesk’s Architecture, Engineering, and Construction customer segments and the business challenges, workflows, and digital transformation priorities within the AECO industry (preferred)
- Experience leading strategic customer transformations, large-scale adoption programs, or executive-sponsored growth initiatives (preferred)
- Advanced skills in value-based selling, ROI modeling, business case development, and executive storytelling (preferred)
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and account planning tools (preferred)
- Experience mentoring account teams or influencing sales strategy beyond assigned accounts (preferred)
