Senior Business Development Manager – Intellectual Property Solutions, Services

• Sell Dennemeyer services within a given territory and covering both clients and new prospects. • Drive new business growth and strategic account expansion across our intellectual property (IP) services and solutions portfolio. • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across IP services, including annuities, renewals, filings, legal support, and IP management solutions. • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with growth objectives. • Drive net-new logo acquisition while expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling. • Conduct discovery sessions and present tailored solutions combining services and technology. • Clearly articulate value propositions, including cost efficiency, risk mitigation, compliance, and operational improvements. • Build trusted advisor relationships with Heads of IP, General Counsel, legal ops teams, and law firm partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7–15 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within: IP services (annuities, renewals, filings, portfolio management)
- Professional services or consulting in IP/legal space
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong ability to build executive relationships and influence decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
