This is what you can expect when you join Flare: Exceptional Earning Potential: Your starting Base Salary is $50,000 , with potential increases to $55,000 after 6 months and $60,000 after 1 year. This is paired with a lucrative, uncapped commission plan . Target Total Compensation (OTE): Expect to earn $80,000-$120,000+ . Our top performers have the potential to earn significantly more.
