Who we need: We are looking for an individual with prior industrial electrical experience to travel to customer sites and collect information on their electrical distribution systems. We expect you have experience working in well-run industrial facilities, and can read and understand one line diagrams. You should be able to identify components within the electrical distribution system and describe how they function. Following our safety procedures, you will be required to open live equipment to record data. We are looking for an individual who can work independently as well as with a team. Most of your time will be spent alone, and you must be efficient, able to manage time effectively, understand your limitations and ask for help when necessary. Although you will be alone on site, you will be constantly communicating with our team during the site visit, so there is plenty of support if you need it. If you are a Level 2 certified thermographer, passion for training and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated infrared inspection experience in commercial, industrial or utility environments – We want to talk to you! Lead and scale Guidant Power’s talent acquisition function supporting our growth targets and hiring needs. This job is part-time with an opportunity to transition to full-time in 2026. - Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings and job description development, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding transition - Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Ensure a positive, professional, and timely candidate experience - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and success profiles - Assist in potential acquisition partnerships to solve seller partner pain points around recruiting - Provide insights on market trends, compensation expectations, and talent availability - Offer recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency - Utilize JazzHR Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”) to manage job postings, candidate tracking, reporting, and workflow management - Maintain accurate and organized records within the ATS - Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to leadership Qualifications - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency) - Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a part-time capacity - Strong sourcing and screening skills - Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills - Hands-on experience with JazzHR or other ATS platforms is preferred - Experience in recruiting trade professionals or electrical engineers is preferred

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, EHS, Business or related technical field preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally with large industrial or manufacturing clients. - Strong understanding of facility operations, safety and maintenance regulations (NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, OSHA, etc.), and technical safety services. - Experience managing complex accounts with long sales cycles and high contract values. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. - Willingness to travel as needed (~25–40%).
