Senior Solutions Consultant – Global Payroll

Remote Technology, Inc.

• Partner with the Payroll Sales team to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and expand market share for Remote’s Global Payroll solution. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services, staying apprised of Remote product features and industry developments to provide clients and internal stakeholders with strategic, best practice guidance. • Communicate the value of Remote’s Global Payroll offering through demonstrations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. • Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop and refine sales collateral, solution playbooks, and objection handling tools specific to the Global Payroll buyer journey. • Identify and translate key client business needs into a clear, actionable scope of work for handoff to the Implementation team. • Help educate the Solutions Consulting and Sales teams on the technical components, services, and value proposition of the Global Payroll solution to support more effective sales cycles with prospective clients. • Provide thoughtful, market-driven feedback to our Product teams to ensure our Global Payroll solutions effectively address customer needs and align with industry trends

Job Requirements

  • Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes, with a proven ability to apply consultative techniques to uncover client needs, foster strong relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills—you can simplify and convey complex payroll concepts in a way that resonates with both HR and executive audiences.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions quickly.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration in a distributed team environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Ideally minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or relevant HR/payroll credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a strong plus.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with competitive payroll products and payroll industry landscape is considered a strong plus.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with PEO service models also considered a strong plus.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
