Qualifications - Deep understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, click, watch, and share (hooks, storytelling, audience psychology), proven with examples of content you made that performed. - Fluent German (C1 or higher), you write captions and scripts that sound native, not translated. - Strong eye for beauty content aesthetics: skin close-ups, texture shots, glow, authentic UGC look. - Highly disciplined with fast execution, you ship daily without hand-holding. - Proficient with CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, and Claude.
