• Embed inside a Forward Deployed Experience Pod, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the client to learn the real workflow before you redesign it. • Own the workflow, KPIs, and alignment for your pod. Define success metrics with the executive sponsor at week one, then build until you hit them. Measure outcomes against KPIs, not features shipped. • Redesign the human experience around AI, not the other way around. • Break a complex business problem into composable, shippable work the pod can ship in days, not quarters. Production progress every day. • Work in your client's stack alongside the Forward Deployed Engineer and Forward Deployed Experience Designer in your pod. • Pair with the Valtech leadership and your client's executive sponsor(s) to clear the path in real time. Legal, compliance, architecture, risk, governance, internal politics. • Govern, secure, and measure outcomes from day one. AI in production demands real attention to evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design. You own the framework that proves the solution works and keeps working after the pod rolls off. • Transfer ownership cleanly. By the end of the engagement, the domain expert is set up to run the solution long-term without the pod. Documentation, conventions, and the team rituals that sustain the change are part of what you ship. • Surface the next opportunity from inside the work. Embedded pods see what's broken next before anyone else does. You bring that signal back, so the pod earns its way into the next problem rather than waiting for procurement. • Contribute to the evolution of Valtech's FDE practice. Every pod is a learning loop. Share what works, what didn't, and the patterns that should harden into how we deploy across clients.

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for the Canary platform. • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to bring intuitive, scalable, and reliable features to life. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and strong customer adoption. • Conduct in-depth customer research and product analysis to inform prioritization and uncover new opportunities. • Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. • Set clear goals and success metrics, and use data to drive continuous improvement and iteration. • Help mentor product managers and contribute to the broader product culture and processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional product readiness activities for assigned new product introductions and major releases, ensuring plans, owners, dates, and dependencies are clearly documented and tracked. • Build and maintain readiness plans, status updates, and milestone tracking to provide timely visibility into launch progress and areas of risk. • Partner with Product & Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, Services, and Partner teams to align launch requirements, internal readiness activities, and operational dependencies. • Track completion of key launch readiness deliverables such as enablement materials, release communications, FAQs, support readiness, partner readiness, and internal process updates. • Facilitate recurring readiness meetings, capture action items, follow up on commitments, and escalate blockers or risks to the Director, Product Readiness as needed. • Support go/no-go readiness reviews by consolidating inputs from stakeholder teams and ensuring leaders have an accurate view of launch status, open issues, and dependencies. • Help monitor readiness metrics and launch outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve launch processes, templates, tools, and team coordination. • Support handoffs to post-launch owners, including ComX where applicable, to help ensure continuity from launch readiness into commercialization and adoption activities. • Contribute to consistent execution of the Product Readiness Office operating model, standards, templates, and governance practices across launches.

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with CMS modernization priorities • Partner with government stakeholders to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into product outcomes • Prioritize features and capabilities based on mission impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines • Drive product decisions using qualitative user feedback, operational metrics, and data insights • Lead cross-functional Agile teams through product planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities • Develop and maintain well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and data teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Support SAFe planning activities, including Program Increment (PI) Planning and roadmap alignment • Partner with engineering and data teams to define requirements for data-intensive applications, reporting capabilities, APIs, and system integrations • Help modernize legacy workflows through scalable, cloud-native product solutions • Ensure product decisions support data quality, interoperability, security, and long-term maintainability • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to measure product success and identify continuous improvement opportunities • Build trusted relationships with Product Owners, government leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, delivery progress, and key metrics to technical and non-technical audiences • Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early while proactively communicating mitigation strategies • Foster collaboration across multiple delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful execution • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency • Champion continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback, and iterative product delivery • Promote modern digital service practices that improve both customer outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
