Job Requirements
- 10-12 years of progressive B2B marketing experience with 5-7 years leading demand generation teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Proven success scaling demand generation in manufacturing, industrial, or complex technical environments
- Expert knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing attribution and pipeline metrics
- Strategic mindset with excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets

Role Description We're looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer who can take ownership of 4–6 client accounts and consistently drive measurable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strategy, launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving measurable growth.
