Marketing Manager

You’re a marketing manager adept at enabling sales teams and driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey application used by more than 3 million users nationwide and internationally since its launch, and we continue to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to help carers carry on caring. You will work with the Head of Marketing to execute GTM initiatives, campaigns, and programs aligned to priorities. You will also closely collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams, enabling them with high-quality assets and own our lead generation efforts. This fully remote role reports to our Head of Marketing and candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role. What You’ll Do Develop compelling sales enablement assets: including decks, sell sheets, enablement kits, battlecards, and training materials to support Sales, Partners, and Providers throughout the sales and onboarding journey Create onboarding, retention, and advocacy materials to enable Customer Success and drive customer adoption and expansion Partner with Sales and Customer Success to prioritize and deliver marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely execution. Execute on the product positioning and messaging across verticals, ensuring  differentiation, clarity, and alignment with market needs and company growth priorities. Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across email, webinars, events, and ABM campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth Manage and maintain the content calendar, including campaign themes, product announcements, and social strategy aligned to business objectives. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of well-rounded experience in B2B marketing, to include campaign management and demonstrated success in attracting and retaining customers
  • Creativity, collaboration, process orientation, an eye for detail, and a bias toward constant experimentation and innovation
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and clearly present data-driven conclusions to internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology, such as Hubspot
  • A mission-driven orientation to all you do
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience
