• Administer identity, access management, authentication, and governance platforms. • Manage user lifecycle automation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls. • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related services. • Support administration, integration, lifecycle management, and operational reliability of enterprise business applications and associated infrastructure platforms. • Administer privileged access and credential management solutions. • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and related technologies. • Support compliance, security, audit, and governance requirements. • Serve as a Tier III escalation resource and participate in infrastructure and application modernization initiatives. • Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Business Operations teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of progressive experience administering enterprise identity, application, infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience with authentication technologies, including SSO, MFA, identity governance, and access management.
- Experience supporting SQL Server administration, database integrations, or application infrastructure platforms.
- Experience developing automation solutions through PowerShell, Power Automate, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience supporting security, compliance, governance, and audit-related initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
