• Technical implementation, further development and maintenance of modern websites using WordPress and Elementor. • Development of custom page layouts, maintenance of existing websites and technical optimization for performance, security and user experience. • Setup, administration and optimization of web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, mail servers and databases. • Execution of website migrations, backups, and setup of staging environments and development workflows. • Integration and configuration of forms, CRM systems, newsletter tools, tracking solutions as well as other plugins and integrations. • Implementation of technical requirements for lead generation, marketing automation and digital sales processes. • Optimization of loading times, Core Web Vitals and technical SEO. • Ongoing maintenance of WordPress websites, plugin management, error analysis, security updates and development of sustainable maintenance and backup concepts. • Technical support and optimization of social media and performance marketing platforms. • Setup and management of tracking, conversion measurement, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and technical integrations for campaigns, lead generation and reporting. • Efficient use of modern AI tools to support development, problem-solving, automation and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, with experience in developing, technically supporting and maintaining professional websites.
  • Solid understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, mail servers, PHP, databases, caching and website performance.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
  • Experience with child themes, plugins and technical customizations within WordPress.
  • Experience with form systems, tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and CRM and newsletter systems (e.g. Zoho, Brevo or Mailchimp).
  • Confident use of modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Perplexity, Cursor AI or similar solutions to support development, automation and technical research.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to quickly and independently learn new systems, tools and technical solutions.
  • Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented working style and a high standard of quality.
  • Completed training or degree in computer science, web development, media technology or comparable qualification.
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (at least C2, ideally native level).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience – ideally in an advertising, digital or web agency.
