Mobile App Developer

Injective

• Develop, maintain, and improve features for our React Native mobile application. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. • Build scalable, maintainable, and well-tested mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript. • Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services. • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across both iOS and Android platforms. • Monitor and triage issues reported through Linear, investigate bugs, and work closely with the team to prioritize and resolve them in a timely manner. • Take ownership of reported issues by troubleshooting root causes and delivering reliable fixes to ensure a stable, high-quality mobile experience. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. • Stay up to date with modern mobile development practices and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals.
  • Professional experience developing mobile applications with React Native.
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including their differences and mobile development best practices.
  • Experience integrating applications with backend APIs.
  • Experience with Node.js.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Experience with gRPC and/or Server-Sent Events (SSE) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and clean code principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
