General QA Lead

SQUAD

Role Description We are looking for a QA Team Lead who will own and drive QA strategy and processes across multiple programs, aligning testing approaches with business needs and evolving them as requirements change. - Ensure the team adheres to testing best practices, meets division-level quality standards, and delivers outcomes aligned with stakeholder expectations. - Track and analyze testing metrics and results to provide clear quality status reports at each SDLC milestone. - Plan QA activities, support engineers with task estimation, and define test scopes. - Allocate QA resources across features, review performance, and mentor direct reports and team members. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer, 2+ years of experience in a leading role - Basic knowledge in computer vision and machine learning - Understanding and hands-on experience with embedded systems testing - Automation skills with Python (ability to read a script or maintain simple tests) - Hands-on experience in UNIX/Linux, including CLI navigation and use of regular expressions - Experience with databases and SQL - Experience with CI tools (Jenkins) - Good written and spoken English Requirements - Basic experience with Raspberry Pi - Hands-on experience in Bash scripting - Familiarity with AWS services - Practical experience with API testing (CRUD operations, debugging with Postman or similar tools) - Experience in mobile testing - ISTQB Certification Advanced Test Manager Benefits - The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member. - Competitive compensation and perks.
