• You lead interactive case discussions and other subject-specific lessons in the virtual classroom. • You create motivating, practice-oriented learning experiences for our participants. • You train medical language skills — with a focus on patient history interviews (anamnesis), clinical assessment, and documentation according to German standards. • You explain legal basics — including therapy law, data protection, and quality assurance within the German healthcare system. • You provide targeted preparation for exam situations — practicing both oral and practical exam formats and giving individual feedback. • You support cultural acclimation — explaining German working practices in clinics and outpatient settings and helping to reduce uncertainties. • You adapt your teaching methods flexibly depending on learners’ types and prior experience. • By delivering high-quality online instruction, you contribute to our participants’ exceptionally high pass rates.

Job Requirements

  • German at native level (C2+).
  • You teach with passion and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are a state-recognized/licensed physiotherapist (m/f/d) — a bachelor’s degree is desirable but not required.
  • You have a modern, evidence-based understanding of physiotherapy, and you are familiar with educational methods.
  • You are available at least one day per week during either 8:00–16:00 or 8:00–12:00.
  • Experience in digital/online teaching.
  • Experience with German as a foreign language is an advantage.
  • You work flexibly, digitally, and creatively.
  • Knowledge of the requirements for the German qualification/assessment exam for international physiotherapists.
  • At least 1 year of experience in lesson preparation, course design, and delivery is desirable.

The Representative will work a territory within a 120 miles radius. The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer-focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate, and positively impact individuals. One should enjoy making connections and communicating with people while proactively establishing relationships and must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures. One must also work independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment while prioritizing their schedules to maximize time. This is a remote position, however, it will require the candidate to currently live in and commute throughout Austin and the surrounding area. Qualifications - High School degree or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a plus. - Experience with public speaking preferred. - Industry knowledge preferred. - 3 – 5 years outside sales experience preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
