Senior Proposal Specialist

• Lead strategic, high-value proposal pursuits for Federal Government clients • Manage large, complex, and multi-disciplinary proposal submissions involving multiple service lines and stakeholders • Provide senior-level guidance on procurement processes and proposal best practices • Balance and manage simultaneous proposal opportunities while maintaining quality and responsiveness • Develop, write, edit, and enhance proposal content and oversee final production • Mentor and support Proposal Coordinators and Proposal Specialists while fostering collaboration

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Technical Writing, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and RFP responses in a professional B2B environment
  • Demonstrated experience preparing successful submissions for Federal Government procurement opportunities and other public-sector clients
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted writing tools, or other proposal automation technologies
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposal pursuits while meeting competing deadlines
  • Strong understanding of proposal strategy, compliance requirements, quality assurance processes, and pursuit best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently while driving projects forward to successful completion
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into client-focused proposal content.

Role Description We are looking for a QA Team Lead who will own and drive QA strategy and processes across multiple programs, aligning testing approaches with business needs and evolving them as requirements change. - Ensure the team adheres to testing best practices, meets division-level quality standards, and delivers outcomes aligned with stakeholder expectations. - Track and analyze testing metrics and results to provide clear quality status reports at each SDLC milestone. - Plan QA activities, support engineers with task estimation, and define test scopes. - Allocate QA resources across features, review performance, and mentor direct reports and team members.
