Role Description We are looking for a QA Team Lead who will own and drive QA strategy and processes across multiple programs, aligning testing approaches with business needs and evolving them as requirements change. - Ensure the team adheres to testing best practices, meets division-level quality standards, and delivers outcomes aligned with stakeholder expectations. - Track and analyze testing metrics and results to provide clear quality status reports at each SDLC milestone. - Plan QA activities, support engineers with task estimation, and define test scopes. - Allocate QA resources across features, review performance, and mentor direct reports and team members. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer, 2+ years of experience in a leading role - Basic knowledge in computer vision and machine learning - Understanding and hands-on experience with embedded systems testing - Automation skills with Python (ability to read a script or maintain simple tests) - Hands-on experience in UNIX/Linux, including CLI navigation and use of regular expressions - Experience with databases and SQL - Experience with CI tools (Jenkins) - Good written and spoken English Requirements - Basic experience with Raspberry Pi - Hands-on experience in Bash scripting - Familiarity with AWS services - Practical experience with API testing (CRUD operations, debugging with Postman or similar tools) - Experience in mobile testing - ISTQB Certification Advanced Test Manager Benefits - The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member. - Competitive compensation and perks. • Ensure Federal Student Aid and military funds are in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and guidelines • Review funding documents to ensure compliance is achieved prior to the administration and delivery of federal funding • Evaluate the accuracy of completed verification, professional judgment, C code reviews, Unusual Enrollment History (UEH), ISIR rejections, and resolve conflicting data • Determine accuracy of packaging and disbursement • Utilize multiple databases and technology including Common Origination & Disbursement (COD), National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), and Central Processing System (CPS) to ensure compliance • Identify and make recommendations on areas of improvement in processes or policies • Participate in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise

• You lead interactive case discussions and other subject-specific lessons in the virtual classroom. • You create motivating, practice-oriented learning experiences for our participants. • You train medical language skills — with a focus on patient history interviews (anamnesis), clinical assessment, and documentation according to German standards. • You explain legal basics — including therapy law, data protection, and quality assurance within the German healthcare system. • You provide targeted preparation for exam situations — practicing both oral and practical exam formats and giving individual feedback. • You support cultural acclimation — explaining German working practices in clinics and outpatient settings and helping to reduce uncertainties. • You adapt your teaching methods flexibly depending on learners’ types and prior experience. • By delivering high-quality online instruction, you contribute to our participants’ exceptionally high pass rates.

• Review and analyze medical records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation to assess the necessity and appropriateness of healthcare services. • Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and case managers to obtain additional information and clarify treatment details. • Make informed decisions regarding authorization, continuation, modification, or denial of services based on clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of utilization review activities, decisions, and communications in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards. • Stay current with evolving healthcare regulations, payer policies, and clinical best practices to ensure consistent and compliant review processes.
