Job Summary: The Project Development and Support Manager is an RN who leads and supports initiatives to improve clinical operations, patient outcomes, and quality performance across the organization. This position focuses on identifying operational gaps, designing sustainable solutions, and driving projects that enhance efficiency, safety, compliance, care delivery, and improve the customer experience. Job Duties: Uses clinical and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinates the identification, monitoring, resolution, and follow-up of patient care, departmental, or health system projects, goals, and operational issues. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves operational challenges impacting nursing workflows, patient throughput, staffing efficiency, and/or resource utilization. Develops and administers specific tools and methods for management of goals, projects, and tasks to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service/outcomes in a safe work environment. Leads cross-functional initiatives to standardize processes and equipment, reduce variation, and improve reliability of care. Supports change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new workflows, tools, or processes. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate outcomes, risks, and return on investment. Identifies appropriate internal controls for departments and/ or projects; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance. Coordinates data management. • Acts a the main point of contact/client services representative for a dedicated list of of high profile clients with high annual analytical spend. • Aids the client with all aspects of project setup, including the initial quote, supply order, sample receipt, data reporting, and invoicing. • Responsible for training the PM I and/or PM II on high-level, technical aspects of project management and environmental regulatory requirements, and delegating tasks to the Project Manager Assistants. • Fosters collaborative relationships with the client, laboratory operations, and sales team to support long term, successful relationships between all parties. • Staff meetings and client meetings are critical to relay information about past, current, and upcoming projects. • Acts as the client liaison to the laboratory to ensure all aspects of the project are carried out in the best interest of the client and laboratory operations to meet TAT deadline. • Responsible for keeping all accounts project managed and up to date and accurate. • Monitors project status and provides regular updates through proactive communication to the client, lab operations, and sales team related to project status. • Effective and efficient communication is key between all areas of the laboratory and the client and is the responsibility of the Project Manager. • Understands all applicable aspects of the client project, including rationale for the project, regulations that affect the project, and the different methods employed by the client and laboratory to produce results. • A knowledge of environmental regulations is helpful, including: NPDES. SW-846. • Documents and executes client requests including bottle orders, tracking samples, LIMS login, change orders, etc. • Reviews project data and invoicing for accuracy and completeness before sending final reports to the client. • Participates in offsite and/or virtual client meetings as coordinated with the Sales team. • Promotes a positive working atmosphere and represent SGS in a positive manner inside and outside of the laboratory. • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure that SGS can fulfill its mission of quality, service, and growth. • Establishes and set up laboratory protocols for the execution of complex or atypical analytical and reporting requirements.

Role Description The Clinical Affairs Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, organizing and executing the GLP preclinical and early clinical studies with Robeauté’s robotic brain biopsy and local drug delivery device, including support of regulatory submissions for clinical studies across geographies, IDE submission to the FDA, reporting to Head of Clinical. - Plan and coordinate the preclinical and clinical studies together with the Head of Clinical and surgeon collaborators. - Preclinical and clinical study design (including GLP animal studies and animal model exploration). - Writing preclinical and clinical protocols. - Preparing documentation for submission to local Ethics Committees, competent authorities in various geographies including to the US FDA (IDE). - Clinical study site contracting. - CRO selection and contracting, including management of both GLP preclinical studies and clinical studies. - Communication and collaboration with surgeon KOLs on study design, protocols and their execution. - Data collection and data management after testing. - Writing of detailed reports after preclinical or clinical use based on the data collected. - Planning and participation in conferences, medical scientific communication and publication support. In parallel, the Clinical Affairs Project Manager is expected to gain detailed knowledge of the clinical applications of Robeauté’s device and connect with and curate surgeon relationships with the goal of growing the surgeon community with mutual respect. The Clinical Affairs Project Manager will collaborate with the technical team that designs hardware and software by giving feedback after any device use in a preclinical or clinical context, on the robot’s performance and in order to develop the platform’s performance with an eye for the global development of the platform. Furthermore, the Clinical Affairs Project Manager will collaborate with Head of Clinical on Medical Affairs management, the representation of Robeauté’s platform at conferences, the creation of a publication pipeline and the medical scientific value communication within the surgeon community. This role is open to candidates based in EMEA locations. Qualifications - MD, Master’s or Ph.D. in a Life Sciences field, Biomedical Engineering and/or M.Eng. and equivalent work experience in relevant areas. - At least 5 years experience in preparation and execution of clinical trials with medical devices, including preclinical (GLP) and/or regulatory submissions (IDE preferred) and subsequent study execution. - Device test experience in lab and clinical environments. - Good written, communication and documentation skills in English required and French preferred.
