Role Description Responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Proficient in coordination, scheduling and delivery of internally initiated improvements and product-driven initiatives, and to proactively identify areas of risk related to scope, resource constraints, and process breakdowns. Identify complex data source and independently extract to build own analysis methodologies. SME to ensure project entrance and exit criteria are being met, to drive the prioritization of projects, and to ensure that resources are being utilized efficiently. Ability to make advanced/complex level decisions and actions. Ability to develop systemic solutions that can be implemented and developed into framework guidelines for other team members. Main Responsibilities - Successfully execute project scope and ensures program milestones and objectives are met. - Able to articulate a persuasive argument for a business decision through financial acumen within departmental boundaries. - Able to escalate work at a team activity level on behalf of your own projects as well as the collective projects of your team. - Manage the development and implementation process of a company's products and services. - Interpret market requirements and converts to engineering and program deliverables. - Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. - Plan and manage company resources to execute development project or project components from design phase through implementation. - Reporting and metrics from multiple order entry, workflow and inventory systems as well as support data marts/databases. - Use specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to research, plan, communicate and achieve objectives through program/project team. Qualifications - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. - 5 plus years technical project management experience. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). - Experienced in analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating their relevant aspects. - Able to mentor peers on priorities within the team and across functional areas. - Able to draw conclusions from research and analysis and determine next steps and course of action. - Understands interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree. - PMP Certification in process. Preferred Education, Skills and Experience - Experience: 5+ yrs. - Education Level: Bachelor's Degree and PMP certification preferred. - Field Of Study: Engineering, Production or other relative field. - Attention to detail with good analytical and organizational capabilities. - Ability to prioritize with good scope, time and cost management skills. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. - $84,629 - $112,838 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY. - $88,860 - $118,480 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI. - $93,092 - $124,122 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA. Role Description The Clinical Affairs Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, organizing and executing the GLP preclinical and early clinical studies with Robeauté’s robotic brain biopsy and local drug delivery device, including support of regulatory submissions for clinical studies across geographies, IDE submission to the FDA, reporting to Head of Clinical. - Plan and coordinate the preclinical and clinical studies together with the Head of Clinical and surgeon collaborators. - Preclinical and clinical study design (including GLP animal studies and animal model exploration). - Writing preclinical and clinical protocols. - Preparing documentation for submission to local Ethics Committees, competent authorities in various geographies including to the US FDA (IDE). - Clinical study site contracting. - CRO selection and contracting, including management of both GLP preclinical studies and clinical studies. - Communication and collaboration with surgeon KOLs on study design, protocols and their execution. - Data collection and data management after testing. - Writing of detailed reports after preclinical or clinical use based on the data collected. - Planning and participation in conferences, medical scientific communication and publication support. In parallel, the Clinical Affairs Project Manager is expected to gain detailed knowledge of the clinical applications of Robeauté’s device and connect with and curate surgeon relationships with the goal of growing the surgeon community with mutual respect. The Clinical Affairs Project Manager will collaborate with the technical team that designs hardware and software by giving feedback after any device use in a preclinical or clinical context, on the robot’s performance and in order to develop the platform’s performance with an eye for the global development of the platform. Furthermore, the Clinical Affairs Project Manager will collaborate with Head of Clinical on Medical Affairs management, the representation of Robeauté’s platform at conferences, the creation of a publication pipeline and the medical scientific value communication within the surgeon community. This role is open to candidates based in EMEA locations. Qualifications - MD, Master’s or Ph.D. in a Life Sciences field, Biomedical Engineering and/or M.Eng. and equivalent work experience in relevant areas. - At least 5 years experience in preparation and execution of clinical trials with medical devices, including preclinical (GLP) and/or regulatory submissions (IDE preferred) and subsequent study execution. - Device test experience in lab and clinical environments. - Good written, communication and documentation skills in English required and French preferred. Requirements - Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology and ability to relate to surgeons and the surgeon community. - Ability to communicate Robeauté's product and mission to the surgeon community. - Good ability and predisposition for teamwork as well as ability to work independently. - Strong interdisciplinary understanding of robotics, electronics and control.
