Role Description Bénéficiant d'une véritable autonomie et rattaché au Directeur des opérations, en relation avec les différentes directions et services d'ADEF Résidences, entièrement disponible sur le cœur de métier, vous pilotez l'activité de l'établissement dans le respect des valeurs associatives, du projet d'établissement et avec le souci de promouvoir une culture de la Bientraitance. Garant de la permanence de service, nous vous proposons d'intervenir sur les missions suivantes : - Démarche qualité - Assurer la bonne relation avec les résidents et leurs proches - Garantir la qualité de l'accompagnement et des soins des résidents - Veiller à la qualité de prestations offertes aux résidents pour répondre à leurs souhaits en matière d'accueil, d'hébergement, d'animation, de soins, de restauration - Évaluer les besoins individuels des résidents en concertation avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires - Management de l'équipe - Animer, coordonner et superviser l'équipe - Recruter et former l'équipe pluridisciplinaire de l'établissement en lien avec la DRH - Contribuer à la gestion administrative des RH - Participer aux journées professionnelles - Développement et relations extérieures - Promouvoir le projet d'établissement auprès des différents prescripteurs : médecins, assistantes sociales, professionnels de santé... et des partenaires institutionnels : ARS, Conseil Départemental, Mairies - Maintenir le taux d'occupation de l'établissement et contribuer à diversifier l'offre de l'établissement sur son territoire - Gestion budgétaire et financière - Contribuer et suivre les budgets dans une démarche d'optimisation des coûts en liaison avec la Direction administrative et financière - Analyser la performance de l'établissement - Suivre les impayés Et bien sûr vous épanouir au sein de notre équipe tout en contribuant au bien-être et au confort de nos résidents !
