What you'll be doing - Preparing monthly accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with IFRS - Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process in the UAE - Understanding and communicating financial performance, risks, and key metrics to local leadership - Enhancing the balance sheet substantiation process in coordination with group programs and tools - Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting - Preparing detailed financial reporting and analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts - Ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax regulators on submission of timely returns - Developing and monitoring a robust control environment, with a focus on driving operational readiness - Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control - Coordinating external audit, in conjunction with group audit requirements - Managing local accounting policies, ensuring latest changes in IFRS and group policies are implemented - Contributing to financial control processes and procedures Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field - A CPA or CA qualification - 7+ years of experience in finance and controlling functions - Impressive accounting knowledge with proven experience in IFRS and financial reporting - A structural and logical approach to solving problems - Solid analytical skills and a hands-on approach to working with data - Experience within a fast growing organisation - Great motivation and focus on delivery Important notice for candidates - Job scams are on the rise. Regional Facilities Manager

• Serve as a regional facilities subject matter expert and resource for operations and onsite teams. • Provide technical guidance and coaching to Maintenance Supervisors and Property Managers to promote consistency and best practices. • Lead facilities meetings, facilitate training, and share technical knowledge across the portfolio. • Support implementation of company standards, maintenance programs, and operational initiatives. • Oversee maintenance operations and ensure proper upkeep of all physical assets, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems. • Partner with site teams on turn planning, work order performance, and preventive maintenance programs. • Conduct regular property inspections and provide recommendations to address deficiencies and operational risks. • Assist with emergency response, major repairs, and property-related incidents as needed. • Oversee approved capital improvement projects, including renovations, rehabilitations, and insurance-related repairs. • Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship, budget adherence, and timely completion. • Support due diligence activities related to acquisitions, dispositions, and asset evaluations. • Evaluate vendor performance and support ongoing service improvement. • Partner with operations teams to monitor maintenance and capital expenditures and forecast regional needs. • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and asset integrity. • Promote regulatory compliance, safety best practices, and proper use of PPE across the portfolio. • Support property readiness for audits, inspections, and risk management initiatives. • Promote timely, consistent, and customer-focused service delivery across all communities. • Assist onsite teams in resolving complex maintenance-related resident concerns.
• Define and own the KPIs for the App channel; report channel health to Commercial and Product leadership. • Own the app store rating/score as a KPI, along with review response rate and time-to-response — and ensure issues players raise in reviews are triaged, routed and resolved. • Act as KTO's main contact for Google and Apple, managing the platform relationships alongside Development and Product, including approvals, policy compliance and escalations. • Map the full mobile user journey and maintain a prioritised backlog of friction points and growth opportunities — handing clear, evidence-backed problems to Product, CRM and Marketing. • Partner with Product to influence (not own) the mobile roadmap, ensuring commercial and journey priorities are represented. • Work closely across CX, Special Cases, Tech, CRM and Commercial to connect player feedback, incidents and priorities into a coherent channel plan. • Work with CRM/Lifecycle to align in-app messaging, push notifications and loyalty mechanics (Clube KTO) with the channel strategy. • Partner with Marketing and Acquisition on install campaigns, ASO, attribution and the post-install experience. • Coordinate app release readiness: feature rollout, comms, store updates, and adoption tracking. • Use data (with the Data team) to find what's working, what's leaking, and where to invest next. • Champion a mobile-first standard across the business and raise the quality bar for anything that touches the app.
