Role Description - Previous PSO CCAI Dialogflow CX project experience is preferred but not required (internal references will be requested). - CCAI Conversational Architect with expertise in Google Dialogflow CX for chat and voice. - Lead the design and architecture of conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX to meet business objectives and customer needs for defined use cases. - Lead design sessions with customer and cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to define and refine conversational AI requirements. - Develop and deploy conversational AI Dialogflow CX models including intents, entities, and integrations in a GCP environment. - Implement and optimize advanced features such as context management, entity recognition, and multi-turn conversations.
