• Prepare project estimates by reviewing and analyzing RFP’s, blueprints, specifications, and related documentation. • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates, including labor, and materials. • Create Bills of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects. • Identify potential risks related to scope, cost, manufacturability, and installation, and communicate findings effectively. • Gather and analyze data to resolve discrepancies and ensure estimate accuracy. • Obtain and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers. • Complete bid forms, qualifications, and supporting documentation per the RFP. • Present estimates and cost strategies in bid reviews and production meetings. • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors. • Conduct ongoing research on labor costs, materials, and industry trends to support estimating accuracy. • Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training, industry resources, and professional development.

• Build and organize comprehensive project files from day one • Establish clear documentation, timelines, and workflows that set projects up for success • Maintain accurate, real-time project tracking across timelines, deliverables, and milestones • Ensure all documentation, design files, submittals, and reports are complete, organized, and accessible • Support the delivery of high-visibility sign and branding projects across retail, sports, entertainment, petroleum, automotive, finance, hospitality and other markets • Help ensure every project stays aligned with client brand standards from concept to install • Act as the operational hub connecting Design, Production, Purchasing, and Installation teams • Keep communication flowing and stakeholders aligned • Organize meetings, build agendas, capture key takeaways, and drive follow-ups • Identify gaps, improve workflows, and bring structure to fast-moving environments • Help standardize how projects move through the lifecycle

• Lead the execution of sign and lighting service, repair and replacement projects from initiation through completion • Collect and analyze site and client requirements, defining accurate scopes of work • Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of qualified subcontractors nationwide • Deliver corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair solutions • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of service requests—from determining scope of work and dispatch to repair completion and invoicing • Ensure all service projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Develop and manage project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services • Proactively manage changes in scope, scheduling, and cost while maintaining service continuity • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sign and lighting service and repair needs • Deliver consistent updates on project status, milestones, risks, and escalations • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver efficient break-fix, repair, and replacement solutions • Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, repair reports, photos, and closeout documentation.

• Work side-by-side with Project Managers and cross-functional teams across Design, Production, Purchasing, and Installation. • Support all phases of project delivery—from kickoff through fabrication, shipment, and final install. • Maintain documentation, submittals, and client reports with precision. • Attend internal and client meetings, create agendas and take detailed notes that keep everyone aligned. • Assist with estimates, production releases, billing, and compliance documentation. • Help keep stakeholders in sync and informed, serving as a central communication hub. • Gain an understanding of the Jones’ project lifecycle and work independently on internal processes to move a project through its lifecycle.

• The National Sign Program Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver larger and more complex commercial sign and branding projects. • Manage resources, schedules and financials throughout the project life cycle. • Collaborate with other departments regarding issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. • Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost. • Own and manage the full project life cycle, from handoff and scope of work discussion through billing. • Manage a minimum of $1.5 million annually (closed and billed jobs). • Create and maintain comprehensive project / program documentation. • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project to develop the appropriate scope of work per client's vision and brand standards. • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders. • Provide frequent status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, and communicating across leadership. • Manage day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings for the assigned account (s). • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, sharing the plan with clients as well as other internal and external staff members. • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques. • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Establish, coordinate and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. • Proactively report and escalate to management as needed. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
