• Day-to-day technical leadership across multiple engineering squads (backend, frontend, AI/ML, data) plus QA and DevOps • Engineering quality, code review standards, and technical debt management on a modern AWS serverless stack (Lambda, Python/FastAPI, Angular/TypeScript) • Architectural coherence across squads, flagging strategic changes to the CIO • Sprint-level delivery planning, estimation, and cross-squad dependency management • Being the primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders — translating delivery status and technical risk into business terms • Supporting hiring and technical growth of the team as it scales over the next 12–18 months

• You will play a key role in building and developing the Mindly product. • Deeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems. • Shape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems. • Contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion. • Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery. • Drive the entire development cycle: from identifying the problem to launching the finished solution into production.

• Reporting directly to the Vector Unit Verification Lead, this is a highly technical Individual Contributor (IC) role. • Design scalable formal testbenches, write mathematical properties, and ensure the algorithmic and architectural integrity of the vector pipeline. • Work with VU microarchitects to identify deep corner-case bugs and achieve formal sign-off on complex arithmetic and execution blocks. • Design, deploy, and maintain robust formal verification environments for Vector Unit sub-blocks. • Implement advanced word-level modeling, bit-blasting, and algebraic rewriting strategies to verify floating-point and integer vector arithmetic units. • Independently diagnose and resolve proof-convergence failures using advanced reduction techniques. • Develop formal environments to mathematically prove compliance with RISC-V Vector Extension specifications. • Collaborate closely with VU simulation engineers for maximum bug-hunting efficiency.

• Define user stories, tasks, and timelines that need to be carried out in line with assigned projects. • Guide team development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery in line with the team sprint goal • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship • Through daily stand-ups ensure that all team members are aware on the different areas team members are working upon • Ensure knowledge of solutions under the responsibility of the team is extended across team members • Escalate with HR and Head of Software when team members are not performing to agreed standards and levels • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. • Ensure to set clear benchmarks through software being used to oversee quality including Sonar Cloud quality gates and code reviews • Fully own, together with the team, the solutions under responsibility including daily monitoring, creation and maintaining of dashboards, create KPIs and alert thresholds to be proactive towards production issues • Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team and fostering an environment for collaboration and good team spirit • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications. • Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications • Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements together with Business Analyst • Analyse and resolve technical and application problems. • Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties • Be involved in recruitment of new team members through interviews and assessments • Keep up to date with latest trends within software development
