• Manage a live portfolio of student applications, ensuring every case remains accurate, complete, and progresses efficiently through each stage of the admissions cycle. • Review, verify, and process application documentation in accordance with the admission requirements and quality standards of UK and US partner universities. • Take full ownership of individual performance metrics by meeting application deadlines, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues. • Act as the primary point of contact for students, partner universities, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination throughout the admissions process. • Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance by ensuring all applications meet institutional requirements before submission. • Monitor personal performance, analyse workflow efficiency, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and student experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in admissions management, student enrolment, or a similar administrative role within higher education or university admissions.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume application processing, documentation, and casework with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, effectively managing priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote, KPI-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, admissions platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly accountable, taking full ownership of work and outcomes.
