• Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in software and artificial intelligence, and evaluate their potential use at ProVeg. • Ensure that all colleagues have a solid understanding of the capabilities, limitations, and risks of our software and AI applications. • Develop online courses, workshops, and wiki documentation to support knowledge sharing. • Enable individual teams to make the best use of our software (including AI features) for their specific use cases. • Advise leadership teams and the works council on opportunities and risks. • Maintain an overview of the software and AI solutions used across ProVeg and key projects. • Configure and administer several of our central software solutions, and provide practical support to colleagues in using them. • Use no-code and low-code platforms to implement workflow automations that help teams work more efficiently. • Identify the best AI and software solutions for a wide range of use cases and ensure smooth implementation and integration. • Help shape the ongoing development of our software and AI strategy, roadmap, and policies. • Work closely with our internal data protection coordinator to minimize risks and ensure compliance with a strong focus on IT security and data privacy.

• Generate and refine visual concepts with AI tools (image generation, video, text-to-design, layout automation) • Build, document and roll out AI workflows that improve quality, speed and creative range across the design team • Integrate AI-assisted assets into client projects without compromising brand integrity or craft • Act as internal enabler: run experiments, share prompts and results, train designers, keep the team current • Work with Designers, Project Managers and clients to turn briefs into finished visual work • Evaluate new tools critically — know which ones earn a place in our stack and which don't • Connect design decisions to the client's strategic and brand goals

Required Qualifications Experience: Approximately seven years in Cybersecurity, Risk, or AI Governance. Experience with policies, standards, controls, and risk or compliance frameworks is required. Candidates should have a background working with AI/ML systems or AI-related risk frameworks and security governance policy development. An understanding of enterprise risk management principles is also necessary. Skills: Strong technical writing ability is necessary, with comfort in creating, restructuring, and standardizing content from multiple source materials. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and enough domain expertise to determine what content belongs in standards versus other documentation. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with emerging AI governance practices. - Exposure to third-party or vendor AI risk management. - Background in highly regulated industries. - A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
