Role Description We are looking for a structured and execution-driven Strategic Project Manager to lead complex market expansion and business localization initiatives across multiple regions and business units. The role focuses on turning ambiguous business needs into structured execution plans, business cases, governance frameworks, and operational launches. Success requires strong stakeholder management, an ownership mentality, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct managerial authority - but with strong C-level support and dedicated resources from Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics assigned to each initiative. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can independently drive initiatives from idea to operational launch and build frameworks to make future launches faster and more predictable. Responsibilities - Business Case Development & Strategic Planning: - Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives. - Turn ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans, decision-making frameworks, and launch criteria - in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product and Business stakeholders. - Prepare and present business cases and initiative proposals to C-level stakeholders - including structured storytelling, trade-off framing, and recommendation of go/no-go decisions. - End-to-End Initiative Execution: - Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from planning to operational launch. - Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams. - Manage timelines, dependencies, escalations, and execution accountability across parallel workstreams. - Governance, Stakeholder Management & Reporting: - Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with competing priorities. - Maintain governance structures, execution tracking, and transparent reporting. - Establish scalable project documentation, decision logs, and post-launch performance monitoring. Qualifications - 4–8+ years of experience in strategic project management, business operations, transformation, or other cross-functional execution roles - with a strong track record of personally leading and delivering complex initiatives end-to-end. - Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments across multiple stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Payments, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, C-level). - Strong ownership mentality, structured thinking, and ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation. - Business and operational mindset with high attention to detail and execution quality. - Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reporting and collaboration tools (our stack: Confluence, Miro, Gantt, YouTrack, Slack, Tableau, Trino). Benefits - Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely. - Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together. - Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities. - Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences. - Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world. - Corporate prices on hotels and travel services. - MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
