Role Description You've seen the virality and impact of #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt. Come join the team that is helping scale that phenomenon, and pioneer Content & Creator commerce in the US. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the leading, on-trend commerce platform of choice for brands, creators, and shoppers. We are an entrepreneurial team, passionate about shaping the future of shopping. We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Health Creator Manager to help scale TikTok Shop's Health creator ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, ecosystem operations, growth analytics, and agency partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with an interest in the creator economy, e-commerce, and scalable growth operations. - Work with Account Managers to identify high-potential products from top brands and help decide which products are best suited for creator-led promotion. - Advise brands and sellers on practical ways to make products more creator-ready, including commission levels, sample plans, and campaign timing. - Use data and AI tools to spot strong products that have low creator participation, then turn those opportunities into clear action plans. - Match the right creators with the right products at scale across Electronics, Household Appliances, Virtual Goods, and Books & Entertainment. - Lead outreach to creators, creator agencies, and talent partners for major campaigns, brand launches, and category growth programs. - Build and manage a high-quality creator pool across different performance levels, with a focus on sending product samples to creators who are most likely to produce strong content and sales results. - Help creators understand product details, campaign goals, content expectations, and best practices so they can create useful, engaging shopping content. - Track creator content volume, content quality, sample usage, and sales performance; share clear insights with Account Managers, category teams, and top brands. - Improve repeatable workflows such as sample tracking, creator reminders, outreach follow-up, campaign reporting, and seller updates through automation and AI tools. - Partner with teams across Category Management, Seller Operations, Creator Management, Product, and Ads to improve the end-to-end creator commerce experience. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, category operations, seller operations, business development, or a related role. - Strong understanding of how creators, content, and product discovery can drive online shopping behavior. - Experience turning business goals into clear operating plans, such as creator outreach plans, product sampling plans, campaign plans, or seller growth programs. - Comfortable using data, dashboards, spreadsheets, or business intelligence tools to understand performance and recommend next steps. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work with sellers, creators, agencies, brand partners, and internal teams. - High ownership and strong follow-through; able to manage multiple projects, keep stakeholders aligned, and move work forward in a fast-changing environment. Requirements - Prior experience in Household Appliances, Virtual Goods, or Books & Entertainment is a strong plus, especially in category operations, seller management, creator marketing, or affiliate growth. - Experience with TikTok Shop, creator marketplace platforms, affiliate commerce, livestream commerce, or social commerce. - Familiarity with product sampling, creator outreach, commission incentives, creator coupons, paid media alignment, or campaign planning. - Experience building or managing creator communities, agency relationships, or creator pools at scale. - Comfort working in a global team environment with strong prioritization, flexibility, and stakeholder management skills. Benefits - Base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $209380 annually. - Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. - Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. - This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. - Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) savings plan with company match. - Paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. - 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). - The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
