Jr Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Role Description We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Coordinator with 4-5 years of experience to support project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in project management activities, can manage RAID logs, communicate effectively with stakeholders, run meetings, track progress in JIRA, and work closely with business analysts and technical teams to maintain requirements and timelines. - Support day-to-day project coordination activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on track. - Maintain and update RAID logs, project status reports, action items, and governance documentation. - Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting notes, action tracking, and follow-ups with team members and stakeholders. - Track project progress in JIRA and ensure tickets, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones are current and visible. - Partner with Business Analysts and technical teams to maintain project requirements, scope clarity, priorities, and timelines. - Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and decisions to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. - Support governance activities by preparing status materials, escalating blockers, and helping ensure compliance with PMO standards and reporting cycles. - Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams and help drive accountability for action items and deliverables. Qualifications - 4-5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar project support role. - Basic knowledge of core project management activities, including planning, tracking, status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation. - Hands-on experience managing RAID logs and maintaining project documentation. - Experience communicating with business and technical stakeholders and supporting governance forums or status reviews. - Ability to conduct meetings independently, document outcomes, and follow through on action items. - Experience using JIRA to track progress, manage tickets, and monitor timelines. - Experience working with Business Analysts and technology teams to maintain requirements and delivery schedules. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a remote environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Must be available to work remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours. Requirements - Certification such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile is a plus. - Exposure to Agile delivery practices, Agile ceremonies, or PMO processes is a plus. - Knowledge of the Cyber Insurance, Digital Broker is a plus. - Knowledge of technical areas like Full stack development, Azure, APIs, Artificial Intelligence, System Integration, etc. is a plus.
