Role Description Infosys is seeking a PeopleSoft Finance Functional Sr. Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP), PeopleSoft Financials, and Time and Labor. The selected candidate will be responsible for: - Addressing user issues and resolving system-related problems - Managing tickets and service requests - Implementing required configuration changes - Collaborating closely with customer process consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs) - Conducting root-cause analysis when necessary - Driving continuous process improvements - Serving as an effective liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams - Ensuring successful delivery of enhancements and timely resolution of complex issues - Optimizing system performance Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution - Will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education - At least 4 years of Information Technology experience - Demonstrated experience in AP Banking, PeopleSoft Finance, Time and Labor functional experience - Experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Banking/Cash Management, and Purchasing/Procurement integration - Ability to analyze accounting entries, journal generation, chart fields, distribution lines, combo edits, budget checking, and finance integration issues - Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities - Ability to assist with financial reconciliations, reporting, audit support, and data validation - Experience in issue resolution, root cause identification, and analysis - Good working knowledge of People tools, SQL, and other tools - Experience in gathering business requirements, proposing process improvements, stakeholder management, preparing Functional design and documentation - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience with Ticketing systems like ServiceNow Requirements - Location for this position is anywhere in the US; may require travel to client/project location - In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 - Must be able to recommend solutions to complex issues - Participate in the on-call rotation to support production systems, including monitoring jobs, interfaces, and integrations - Experience in collaborative, cross-functional team environments - The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time - Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face - Travel may be required as per the job requirements Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance - Long-term/Short-term Disability - Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts - Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal) - 401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level - Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off
