Role Description The Accounting Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and standardized analysis of subscriber activity across the subscription-to-cash lifecycle. This role supports all circulation-related business areas by ensuring consistent, reliable reporting and leveraging automation to improve data accuracy and efficiency. The Accounting Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the end-to-end subscription-to-cash process by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation across billing, payment application, and revenue recognition. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve system integration and data flow. In addition, the analyst supports business initiatives and project analysis by evaluating the operational and financial impact of system enhancements, pricing strategies, and process changes, ensuring improved efficiency, accuracy, and long-term scalability. Responsibilities - Assists in the development and implementation of standardized analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting, including ad hoc analysis as needed. - Identifies opportunities to improve productivity and insight generation through automation, process optimization, and elimination of redundant activities. - Partners with cross-functional teams including Circulation Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT to support initiatives such as system migrations, billing enhancements, and reporting improvements. - Analyzes variances within the subscription-to-cash lifecycle, including discrepancies in billing, payment application, and recognized revenue, and delivers clear root-cause explanations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of analytical experience, preferably in circulation, subscription, or revenue analysis. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel including Power Query and data analysis skills. - Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams. - Experience in a consolidated financial environment preferred. - Familiarity with financial planning or reporting tools. Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Test Analyst with strong experience in SimCorp Dimension (SCD) and capital markets operations. This role supports the QA Lead in delivering high-quality testing across system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate brings strong functional testing skills, financial domain expertise, and the ability to analyze complex system behavior within SimCorp environments. Key Responsibilities - Execute functional, SIT, UAT, and regression testing within SimCorp Dimension - Validate end-to-end trade lifecycle including capture, processing, and settlement - Test interfaces, batch jobs, and system integrations - Log and track defects using JIRA and qTest (CalPERS test tool management application) - Perform root cause analysis on data and system issues - Support UAT and assist business users with testing - Develop and maintain test cases and test documentation - Assist with post-go-live validation and issue resolution Qualifications - Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) - Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment operations, and the end-to-end trade lifecycle including trade capture, trade confirmation, trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, asset servicing, corporate actions, investment accounting, pricing & valuation, and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) processes - Experience in functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management within investment management platforms - Experience with SimCorp Dimension batch processes, Auxiliary Jobs (AuxJobs), system operations, interfaces, data migration validation, DEX, and DFS - Experience using JIRA or similar defect tracking tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis on complex data, configuration, and system issues - Effective communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills - Experience supporting SimCorp modules and business areas including Asset Manager, Order Manager, Trade Manager, Loan Facilities, System Manager, Front Office, Trade Operations, Asset Servicing, Data Management, and SWIFT workflows - Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, business process mapping, change management, requirements gathering, and solution validation - Experience using SQL and test management practices for test planning, execution, reporting, and validation activities - Knowledge of major asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, Money Markets, FX, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Asset-Backed Securities, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Securities Lending, Private Equity, and Private Debt

• Support the full lifecycle of eDiscovery requests, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI). • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to litigation and investigation requests. • Provide Tier 2 Remote Support for Purview eDiscovery requests • Coordinate Tier 3 Support, as required • Utilize Microsoft Purview eDiscovery to support eDiscovery search requests • Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the eDiscovery process. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for eDiscovery workflows. • Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders on eDiscovery best practices. • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoD policies, and organizational standards. • Prepare reports and metrics on eDiscovery activities and outcomes. • Participate in audits and assessments related to data handling and legal compliance. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and security protocols.

• Develops, maintains, and enhances HR reports, dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows. • Builds automated reporting processes using Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint, and other analytics tools. • Creates HR dashboards and data visualizations using data from ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro, and other HRIS platforms. • Automates recurring reports and alerts to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder visibility. • Ensures reports are accurate, timely, and delivered to appropriate stakeholders.
