Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

• Own CRO and personalization strategy, analytics, and technology. • Develop and maintain an aggressive experimentation and insights roadmap. • Execute continuous optimizations across web surfaces. • Create personalized and highly targeted website experiences based on key segments and personas. • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience to deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience. • Spot and troubleshoot bugs and other issues within existing landing pages. • Analyze optimization performance and provide regular reports and analysis of outcomes and insights of tests. • Own paid landing page performance and help increase efficiency from paid programs. • Partner with Digital, Field, Content, PMM, and Web Marketing teams to launch new landing pages and onsite experiences to support a variety of marketing programs. • Report frequently on what you are learning and share insights about our ICP and CRO activities.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of conversion optimization experience.
  • Understanding of CRO best practices from latest testing strategies to new technologies.
  • Direct, hands-on and recent experience with A/B testing tools (ex: VWO, Mutiny, Google Optimize, Optimizely).
  • Experience thinking analytically and making data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate findings into recommendations in a simple and effective manner.
  • Experience finding solutions for complicated problems.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DOM, CSS, APIs, and Javascript.
  • Applied mathematics/statistics experience.
  • Understanding of paid marketing channels including but not limited to paid social (i.e. LinkedIn), SEM (i.e. Google Ads) and how they interact with website analytics.
  • Experience using web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics or homegrown tools).
  • Understanding of UI/UX, web design and best practices.
  • Experience with e-commerce purchase flows is a plus.

• Own the day-to-day execution of our web experimentation program • Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, FullStory, and GA4 to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and conversion opportunities across the site • Document behavioral findings and translate them into clear, prioritized observations that inform test ideas, UX improvements, and design decisions • Generate data-backed test ideas and write structured hypotheses that clearly articulate the problem, proposed change, and expected outcome • Collaborate with the Manager to align the test backlog with the CRO strategy and business priorities • Track prior experiments to build on learnings and avoid redundancy • Own and maintain the monthly testing roadmap, keeping it accurate and prioritized • Manage every test through the full pipeline - brief, Asana ticket creation, design coordination, dev handoff, QA, launch, and monitoring • Maintain clear documentation and ticket hygiene so stakeholders always have visibility into test status • Configure all experiments in Webflow Optimize, including audience segmentation, traffic allocation, goal tracking, and variant logic • Own pre-launch QA across devices and browsers, verifying tracking, rendering, and experiment logic • Monitor live tests for data quality and flag anomalies or early signals to the Manager • Serve as the team's go-to expert on Webflow Optimize - understanding its full capabilities and best practices • Stay current on platform updates and proactively identify ways to run more sophisticated experiments • Write a detailed post-test report for every experiment - results, statistical significance, segment analysis, and a clear win/loss/inconclusive call • Maintain the CRO testing deck as an organized, up-to-date knowledge base that the wider company can reference • Partner with the Manager on site-wide KPI tracking and contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reporting
