Position Title: PR Specialist Location: US-Remote About the role LTK is seeking a PR Specialist to support the execution of LTK’s public relations strategy and help grow the company’s visibility across media, industry, creator, brand, and consumer audiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with foundational PR or communications experience who is ready to grow quickly inside a fast-moving, category-defining company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and excited to help tell the story of LTK as the leading platform for creator-led commerce, trusted recommendations, and social shopping. This person will support day-to-day PR execution across media relations, press materials, awards and speaking opportunities, coverage tracking, reporting, and cross-functional communications. They will work closely with the social teams to help communicate LTK’s company news, product updates, creator stories, data insights, partnerships, and thought leadership moments externally in ways that build the LTK brand and drive measurable impact. The right candidate is a strong storyteller, an organized project manager, and someone who understands how PR, social, content, and culture work together. They should be comfortable using AI tools to move faster, streamline workflows, organize information, surface insights, and improve execution. How you will make an impact - Support execution of LTK’s PR strategy across corporate, consumer, creator, brand, product, and thought leadership initiatives. - Assist with media relations, including building and maintaining targeted media lists, researching reporters, drafting pitches, tracking outreach, and identifying timely media opportunities. - Draft and support PR materials including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, award submissions, speaking submissions, executive bios, fact sheets, messaging documents, recaps, and internal communications. - Monitor media coverage, social conversation, industry news, competitor activity, and relevant trends across creator marketing, social commerce, retail, consumer behavior, AI, and technology. - Track, organize, and report on press coverage, PR performance, share of voice, sentiment, message pull-through, and campaign impact. - Support awards and speaking programs by identifying opportunities, managing submission calendars, gathering materials, drafting submissions, tracking deadlines, and helping coordinate executive participation. - Partner with the social team to ensure company news, product launches, partnerships, creator stories, and press moments are translated into external content opportunities across owned channels. - Help identify ways to turn PR moments into social-first content. - Support creator, brand, and partner storytelling by helping source proof points, examples, quotes, visuals, and narratives that strengthen LTK’s external communications. - Maintain PR trackers, media lists, editorial calendars, awards calendars, speaking calendars, launch documents, and internal planning materials. - Use AI tools to improve speed and organization across recurring PR workflows, including research, media monitoring, drafting, summarizing coverage, organizing submissions, building trackers, and identifying insights. - Stay close to cultural trends, creator economy conversations, social platform shifts, media coverage, and industry narratives that may create opportunities for LTK. What you will bring to LTK - 2–4 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations, social media, content, or a related field.
