About the role We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead high-impact work across LTK’s Brand and Creator platforms, spanning responsive web and native iOS experiences. You’ll design the tools and workflows that help brands grow through creator partnerships and empower creators to build sustainable businesses. Reporting to the VP, Product Design, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor (IC3): owning meaningful product surfaces end-to-end, driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and fellow designers. Your work will directly connect to measurable business outcomes such as creator growth, brand adoption, engagement, and revenue performance. This role is ideal for a systems-oriented product designer who thrives in ambiguity, connects design decisions to business impact, and enjoys shaping cohesive experiences across multiple products and surfaces. How you will make an impact - Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces, structured approaches, and actionable design directions. - Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, sequencing, and timelines, proactively bringing clarity when ambiguity exists. - Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, brand adoption, and creator growth. - Translate business and customer needs into scalable workflows, patterns, and systems—not just isolated features. - Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces, ensuring patterns feel unified and system-first. - Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure cohesive, scalable, system-first solutions across Brand and Creator surfaces. - Drive cohesive, system-first solutions by contributing to and leveraging our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across surfaces. - Integrate qualitative research and quantitative signals into decisions, using evidence to inform direction rather than validate late-stage work. - Use AI as a force multiplier in the UX workflow for areas such as research synthesis, concept exploration, and documentation while maintaining strong product judgment. - Influence cross-functional partners through clear storytelling, strong rationale, and thoughtful articulation of tradeoffs. What you will bring to LTK - 5+ years of experience designing digital products with demonstrated ownership of complex product areas or workflows end-to-end. - Proven experience shipping responsive web applications and native iOS products (Android experience is a plus). - A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and shows clear connection between design decisions and measurable outcomes. - Experience working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data in outcome-driven environments. - Strong systems thinking and the ability to create scalable patterns across multiple surfaces. - High standards for interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and cohesive user experiences. - Experience conducting or partnering on user research and using data to inform and refine your work. - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional partners in ambiguous environments. - Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and clarity. - Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments. About the role The Client Partner role within the Strategic Fashion team is responsible for driving aggressive growth across new and existing fashion accounts for LTK.
