• Secure earned media placements across TV, radio, digital publications, magazines, newspapers, industry media, and authority platforms. • Pitch approved Human Intelligence leaders, products, services, ideas, and insights into relevant media narratives. • Identify timely, newsworthy angles aligned with public-interest trends, current events, health, wellbeing, AI, education, longevity, human performance, and technology. • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and media gatekeepers. • Write media pitches, press angles, journalist notes, spokesperson briefs, and follow-up communications. • Manage media follow-up, scheduling, briefing, and placement logistics from start to finish. • Identify and secure high-quality podcast interviews for approved Human Intelligence spokespeople. • Research and qualify podcasts based on audience size, credibility, engagement, brand fit, and topic alignment. • Pitch podcast hosts and producers with tailored angles that create genuine interest. • Prepare interview briefing notes and spokesperson preparation materials. • Track podcast outreach, responses, bookings, publication status, and audience reach. • Research global conferences, summits, panels, virtual events, and speaking opportunities aligned with Human Intelligence's core themes. • Pitch approved speakers for keynote, featured speaker, panel, interview, and expert commentary opportunities. • Write speaker abstracts, session titles, event proposals, bios, and speaker positioning documents. • Track opportunities, deadlines, submissions, responses, bookings, and results. • Identify relevant influencers, creators, experts, podcast hosts, educators, industry figures, and thought leaders.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Media Relations, Earned Media, Thought Leadership, or Earned Visibility.
  • Proven track record securing earned media placements without relying on paid PR, advertorials, or sponsorship-only placements.
  • Strong media pitching ability across journalists, producers, editors, podcast hosts, and event organizers.
  • Experience writing strong journalist pitches, producer pitches, podcast pitches, speaker abstracts, bios, briefing notes, and follow-up communications.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach streams at the same time.
  • Strong research capability.
  • Confidence communicating with senior leaders and preparing spokesperson materials.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI for media research, journalist list building, podcast research, event research, pitch personalization, and workflow optimization will be highly regarded.
