• Map current-state workflows end-to-end across IT, Support, Finance, HR, and Engineering including the exceptions and edge cases that live in operators' heads, not in the documentation. • Conduct working sessions with process owners and frontline staff to capture tribal knowledge and convert it into rules, decision logic, and instructions that automation or agents can follow. • Gather requirements and write clear specifications that include success metrics, failure modes, and the exact human-in-the-loop checkpoints required for safe rollout. • Apply a triage methodology to every candidate workflow deterministic automation, agent-handled judgment, or humans-only and document the rationale so triage decisions are auditable. • Establish and maintain the baseline measurement behind ECI's AI workflow commitments so progress is reported on real numbers, not estimates. • Build the candidate-workflow portfolio against ECI's evaluation criteria: frequency, repeatability of decisions, context spread across systems, and measurable pain. • Implement automations directly in Salesforce Flow, low-code and no-code platforms (Power Automate, Zapier-class tools, internal Abacus capabilities), and emerging agentic AI tooling. • Write light scripting (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and integrate across SaaS systems via REST APIs and webhooks where no-code tooling does not reach. • Configure agent guardrails, evaluation prompts, and feedback loops; design for graceful failure when the agent is uncertain rather than for confident wrong answers. • Partner with Platform Engineering and Application teams to ship integrations safely on top of existing systems (Salesforce, Vonage, Workday, JSM) without forcing migrations. • Build the instrumentation that proves an automation is working logging, dashboards, and drift detection so shadow-mode and production performance can be compared on the same axes. • Maintain a clean, documented build inventory so any automation can be handed off, audited, or rolled back without tribal knowledge becoming the dependency we just removed somewhere else. • Run each workflow through a phased delivery model: sandbox build shadow mode (agent observes, humans decide) supervised production (agent acts, humans review) steady state. • Enforce human-in-the-loop discipline at every phase boundary; no automation moves to the next stage without measured evidence and an owner sign-off. • Own the regular progress reporting on AI workflow delivery, including which workflows shipped, the measured impact of each, and a credible forecast for the next quarter. • Coordinate with other technical resources when an AI workflow intersects an active Initiative M&A integration playbooks, platform consolidations, compliance projects.

Role Description The Clinical Pharmacy Business Analyst is an important colleague of ArchWell Health Pharmacy Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacy, the Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing clinical pharmacy reports, audit tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency and effectiveness across different teams. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders across teams or departments to gather, document, and validate data captured within care management systems to ensure accuracy of reporting and progress toward business objectives. - Design and propose solutions to enhance clinical pharmacy intervention delivery processes, including system configurations and workflow optimizations. - Assist in the implementation of solutions through collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacy Leadership team (Managers and Senior Director) for education and training opportunities. - Perform timely data analysis, including predictive modeling, to support decision-making and identify trends in pharmacy STAR quality measures performance and claims data. - Develop and maintain reports, audit tools, and dashboards to monitor various teams’ performance. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of clinical pharmacy and reporting solutions. - Ensure that all tasks are completed timely, documented accurately, and in accordance with regulations (including HIPAA) and organizational standards. - Attend staff meetings and provide input into current trends, process evaluation, and quality improvement. - Assist with other pharmacy departmental initiatives as they become available. - Additional duties, as assigned. • Take ownership of business analysis leadership on a large, cross-functional system implementation or modernization effort • Serve as the lead Business Analyst and Project Business Lead (BL) on a complex, multi-workstream project • Oversee the full lifecycle management of structured solution changes across the BA team, assigning ownership, guiding development, and ensuring each item meets standards for documentation, coordination, traceability, and progression through approval, implementation, and closure • Act as a primary liaison to DHS, partnering with the Project Manager as a co-face of the project to lead requirements and design discussions • Lead and facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and consensus • Ensure end-to-end solution integrity by aligning requirements, technical design, operational impacts, and validating feasibility in partnership with the Technical Lead • Coordinate with the Test Lead and testing team to ensure alignment of test scenarios and test cases, validate coverage across functional areas, and support defect triage during SIT/UAT • Enforce quality assurance standards across all BA deliverables, including final review, traceability validation, and readiness for PMO, Sponsor, and DHS review • Maintain project coordination and communication activities, including capturing and distributing meeting minutes, tracking status of work items, and providing regular updates to Project Managers and other stakeholders • Support the Project Manager in BA team resourcing, SME engagement, scheduling, and workload balancing • Coach and mentor BA team members, promoting consistency, accountability, and adherence to standards.
