This is a senior leader role that sits within the Sustainment Program's Leadership Team. Program overview. The Super Hornet and Growler Sustainment Program provides in-service support and upgrade services for the Royal Australian Fleet of Super Hornet and Growler Aircraft. Role Description This role centers on a Population Genomics Research Platform operated in partnership with one of the world's foremost population health biobanks, providing researchers worldwide with access to genotypic and phenotypic data from hundreds of thousands of participants. The platform supports research into human disease and biology at a scale few datasets can match. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product direction for this platform: - Determine what gets built and set priorities. - Shape the researcher experience from data access through analytical workflows. - Scale the global network of researchers leveraging the biobank. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Product. The role requires substantive knowledge of how genomics research is conducted, not merely familiarity with the market. The platform serves a global community of accomplished scientists with exacting standards, and the product must meet them.
