Qualifications Minimum qualified candidates will have each of the following: - Experience leading or serving as a liaison in Information Technology (IT) projects, such as interacting with other IT professionals, and other third-party teams including outside vendor staff. - Experience collecting and/or analyzing data to evaluate Information Technology (IT) program effectiveness (e.g., conducting trend analysis, developing reports based on collected data, evaluating results, recommending improvements etc.). - Experience communicating technology or policy issues, to executive leaders or external stakeholders. - Experience performing quality assurance software testing. Well qualified candidates will have a minimum of two (2) of the following (in addition to the minimum qualifications): - Experience assisting in development and implementation of policy or process changes (participating in workgroups, developing timetables, monitoring program/process outcomes, etc.). - Experience speaking or providing technical training to internal or external audiences groups (such as employee training, presenting to a stakeholder group, etc.). - Experience analyzing new and/or emerging technologies to develop recommendations for a project team, leadership, etc. - Experience serving as the key contact for vendor relationships or contract administration. - Experience performing quality assurance software testing of vendor application software. Preference will be given for applicants that have IT experience working with state, federal or local government.
