Your Role We're growing our Workforce & Organisation team and are looking for purpose-driven Consultants who are excited to help shape the future of work. In this role, you'll partner with clients across diverse environments to design and deliver meaningful workforce transformation bringing together evidence-based workforce design, behavioural science, and AI-enabled workforce analytics to solve complex people challenges. You'll work across areas such as HR transformation, organisational design, workforce composition, learning and skills, and enterprise‑wide change initiatives-supporting organisations to not only design the future, but successfully navigate and embed change. This includes shaping change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, designing communications and adoption approaches, and enabling leaders and teams to transition confidently to new ways of working. We're looking for people who enjoy delivering high‑impact work, building trusted client relationships, and making a tangible difference by translating strategy into action through thoughtful, human‑centred and sustainable change. For you to be successful in this role you will bring robust project delivery experience, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and an entrepreneurial approach to designing workforce that are practical, evidence-led, and that deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. Client Delivery and Impact: - Design and delivery of workforce transformation initiatives, including operating model design, capability assessments, organisation restructuring, and future of ‑work solutions to help clients optimise performance. Analysis and Insights: - Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis (interviews, workshops, benchmarks, maturity assessments, workforce analytics) to identify organisational challenges and develop evidence-based‑ recommendations. Change and Adoption: - Support change management programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, behaviour change strategies, and adoption support for new ways of working. - Collaborate with cross functional‑ project teams across strategy, digital, human capital, and industry specialists to deliver integrated transformation outcomes for clients. - Contribute to practice development, such as creating thought leadership, developing consulting assets, supporting bids and proposals, and helping grow Workforce & Organisation offerings. Collaboration and Culture: - Work seamlessly within cross ‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, contributing to a collaborative, high-performance‑ environment that supports efficient delivery of client outcomes. - Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the Workforce & Organisation team and across client engagements to drive sustainable transformation. Your Profile - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
