Role Description The Amazon Marketplace Coordinator will join our E-Commerce team, reporting to the Director of Amazon, Global. This role is critical to maintaining and growing our presence on one of the world’s largest retail platforms. You will own the operational health and daily execution across our core markets (US, UK, AU, and CA). If you are meticulous, know how to make an Amazon account sing, and are ready to be the expert who keeps everything running smoothly, this is your chance to directly support our revenue goals and, by extension, our mission. The focus is on driving operational excellence, flawless catalog management, and ensuring we provide a seamless customer experience while maintaining platform compliance. If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in: - Conducting a full audit of product listings and brand content (including A+ Content) across all our Amazon storefronts to ensure consistent branding and perfect data integrity. - Coordinating with our Supply Chain and Customer Happiness teams to forecast inventory needs and troubleshoot logistics queries for a major upcoming promotion. - Diving deep into Seller Central performance reports to identify trends, check account health metrics, and proactively address any potential compliance issues. - Generating and maintaining reports on Amazon sales, operations, and competitor activity to inform the broader strategy. - Updating product descriptions, images, and pricing for a new product launch across multiple international marketplaces. Qualifications - Expert Command of the Amazon Ecosystem. - Direct, hands-on experience managing and optimising accounts on Amazon Seller Central (and ideally Vendor Central). - Fluent in Amazon reporting, analytics tools, and content management systems (including A+ Content). - Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Highly organised and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail.
