Associate Functional Consultant, Professional Services

• Develop deep expertise in the Icertis product, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and solution design. • Support the development of automation capabilities to accelerate and optimize system configuration activities. • Own configuration and deployment tasks for assigned projects, ensuring high‑quality, defect‑free deliverables. • Build strong skills in data mapping, data transformation, report creation, and report modification. • Bring fresh perspectives to help streamline and optimize Professional Services processes, methodologies, tools, and templates. • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable, scalable solutions to improve productivity. • Independently manage internal initiatives, delivering expected outcomes within defined timelines. • Collaborate closely with Professional Services team members to conceptualize and design best‑in‑class solutions. • Actively participate in requirements gathering and functional design sessions; work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- 0–1 year of professional experience (internships or project experience accepted).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to generate innovative, practical solutions to technical and operational challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate coursework is a plus but not required.
