Staff Program Manager – Enterprise Technology and Security/Compliance

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic ETS programs • Drive governance, risk, and compliance programs across cloud infrastructure, IT systems, and security operations • Establish and maintain program management best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program status and executive-level reporting • Partner with ETS stakeholders to define program objectives and navigate ambiguity • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program risks and issues • Champion continuous improvement by analyzing program performance data
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management
- Demonstrated experience managing GRC, IT transformation, or security programs at scale
- Familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in or alongside quantum computing, deep-tech, or similarly innovative technology organizations is a plus
- Hands-on proficiency with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
