• Conducts research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries, keeping an up-to-date client database. • Follows up on leads to convert prospects into clients. • Supports to identify new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings. • Sources candidates through advertising roles, searching and networking with talents in the area of logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industry. • Conducts comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client's specific job requirements for operational and contingent workers. • Participates in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy. • Provides interview preparation and coaching to candidates who applied for operational roles, helping them present themselves effectively to employers. • Communicates effectively with the team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.
