- Experience in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

Role Description This is a remote position. The OnePlan Business Analyst will support the Texas Education Agency (TEA) on the OnePlan project and broader Integrated Data Systems (IDS) initiatives. This role is responsible for: - Inventorying TEA and external data systems to develop a comprehensive, vendor-ready data map. - Assessing data quality to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and standardization needs across systems. - Designing a scalable data integration strategy that improves data accessibility, interoperability, and usability, aligned with TEA's implementation of the Ed-Fi Data Standard. - Gathering and documenting business and system requirements in Modern Requirements format, including process flows, skip logic, system interdependencies, and user interface mock-ups. - Translating business and system requirements into functional requirements for vendor design and development. - Supporting additional IDS team workstreams, including LASO, GSA, and OneSystem.
