Regional Sales Representative

NTT Training

• Proactively contact prospective and existing clients through phone calls, video, and in-person meetings to present NTT training solutions • Develop and grow a geographic territory, identifying opportunities and generating new business • Research organizations to identify decision-makers, influencers, and potential training partners for outreach and relationship building • Provide excellent customer service with consistent, timely follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all product offerings; clearly communicate differentiators and value to decision-makers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience • Build and maintain a strong referral network to generate new opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Documented, proven track record of exceeding sales goals and growing new business
  • 2–3 years of experience in outside sales, service sales, or training/consultative sales, including lead generation, inquiry response, and client development
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High level of drive, motivation, and resilience to grow a new territory and achieve sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Clear, confident oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in lead hunting, contact identification, and organizational mapping to target training decision-makers
  • Familiarity with leveraging social media professionally for networking and outreach
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability; works effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
